Selling your House

I’m not your average real estate agent.

What I mean by that is I’m not going to just stick a sign in your yard, a lockbox on your door and walk away. Nope. When you hire me, you’re getting a full service real estate agent who actively works, lives, serves, plays and raises a family in the communities I’m selling. I’m proud of the work I do and honored each time I get to showcase someone’s biggest investment- their house.

When I started in real estate, I unlocked a creative outlet in my brain. Marketing is one of my favorite things and I’m constantly looking for fresh ideas, out-of-the ordinary ways to help my listings stand out from the crowd.

Why do I care so much? Because I care about my clients and I know that they want to make the most money possible when they sell their homes. So then my job is to get the most eyeballs possible on their house. More eyeballs leads to more showings; more showings to more offers; more offers to the best possible sold price.

At the end of the day I want my sellers to know they are walking away with the best possible price because they had an agent on their side who was marketing the heck out of it.

We work to achieve this through several avenues:

  • Prep work to get your home show ready for its market debut

  • “Coming Soon” listing strategies

  • Print marketing

  • Professional HDR photography and videography, including house tours

  • Open houses

  • Social media marketing and ads

  • Most importantly, we aren’t crossing our fingers and hoping it sells. As soon as you hire us, we work to put our strategy into action

“Sarah’s strategy and negotiation skills sold our house in 4 days, and for TOP DOLLAR”

One thing you should look for in a listing agent is someone who actually sells homes. not just someone who lists homes. Listing homes is fun, but selling them shows you get results.
