When you think of the real estate agents that are elevated on stages, who do you typically see?

I see men running massive teams. And while that is one way to run a real estate business, 64% of real estate agents in the US are female. So why aren’t we showcasing more of them?

Before you come at me, this is not a Girl Power trip. I simply see a need for collaboration and community among solo female real estate agents.

Being a solo real estate agent can feel very lonely. The agents who live in your community are technically your competition. No one wants to give away their “secrets.” But I’ll tell you one of mine…

Joining eXp. Well, specifically, joining Powerhouse.

There, I found a tribe of mostly solo female real estate agents leading the way, building big businesses within their communities and often times with children in tow. It sounds cool from the outside, but actually being on the inside, it’s even more impressive. And helpful. And relatable. And possible.

You know what they say- if you want to run fast, run alone. But if you want to run far, run together.

That’s what has been created inside of our corner of eXp. And there is so much to tap into. There is literally a room for everyone. For every interest. For every “specialty.” There’s a collaboration within eXp I’ve never seen before among real estate agent. One that will grow you as a person, a business owner, and as a leader within your community.
